SPORTS Classes!!

 

I have been going to this gym for the past 2 weeks and WOW!
 
 

 

Hala2 never mind loosing weight, and shaping up… It is the feeling of freshness that gets into you even after hours at a gym class.

 

I’ve always been a member at gyms, and I just totally got sick of treadmills and bicycles, so I tried something new. They call them classes! Classes such as RPM, Body attack, Body Combat, Body Pump, Body Jam, and Body Balance.

 

Let me give you a brief summary of each as they were to me and you could also get use of them too.

 

RPM: an indoor cycling program for developing cardio vascular capacity. During RPM you burn 800 calories ( ofcourse if you could keep up with the instructor and manage to do everything he/she says) I personally burn 500 ( alf kheir w baraki) 45- minutes of cycling and reducing body fat!
 

 

 
Body Attack ( the toughest class L) : rapid calorie burner that delivers fast improvement in general endurance and an increase in overall body strength. ( TIP: if you smoke or shisha or haven’t done sports in a long time you wont last for 10 minutes L) I personally lasted for around 30 and then never got into that class again J I was told that endurance isn’t gained in one day and maybe with practice I’d get better J
 
 

 

Body Combat : ( LOVELY) combines moves and stances from a range of self defence disciplines like karate, boxing, and taekwando into an hour of fat burning and FUN! ( personally I liked it and learned some moves to defend myself.. in fact just to try kill my brother every now and then J)
 
 

 

 
Body Pump: ( MY FAVORITE) They say it is the fastest way to burn fat! I would say it is the fastest way to shape up! Burns fat and builds up endurance and gives you a wellness feeling. ( it includes lifting weights tooo ) loved it loved it loved it
 
 

 

Body Jam : ( bel3arabi ra2es) a dance based work-out! Unlocks rhythmic and dancing instincts! ( personally I thought it was a maskhara class) but it is fun when you are tired and in no mood for heavy sports.
 
 

 

Body Balance: basically Yoga J
 
 

 

These classes are all associated with music which gives you a great push!!!! The instructors are trained to keep you going! Sometimes they are tooo mean but hey atleast as they keep you moving then you like them!

 

After Gym, you go home and feel so fresh!

 

In the morning, you wake up with NO ALARM!! You start your day fresh again J

ramroom, I started from one week and now iam in RPM, Body attack, Body Combat & kickboxing, oriental dance, and italian dancing :) its soo cool, you cant get bored from them at all. I hate machines

Italian dancing??? I didnt hear that before :( how does it work?
